Quizlet is a learning based app that allows the user to create virtual flashcards that they could use to test themselves. Additionally, it allows the user to use the same cards that someone has made before.
There are two versions of this app. One is the free version which allows you to make the flashcards, share them, test yourself, etc. The paid ($14.99) version called Quizlet Plus allows the user to do all of the free parts, as well as upload images into the flash cards, get daily notifications, and have more on the website such as voice recording and unlimited classes.
This app is very easy to use as anyone can use it by themself, or with a friend to study. Additionally, there are instructions within the app that make it very easy to use. If students were allowed to choose one studying device, a lot of the time, Quizlet would be the choice due to its ease of use and fun nature. Another plus for the app is that it allows anyone to use the flashcards. Once you make your flash cards, it is automatically on the home base of Quizlet for people to view or download. This allows multiple students to work using the same set of flashcards. Next, anybody can customize the app to their needs. If they like a sentence worded a certain way, then they can just type it in to the flashcard that way. Finally, you can import pictures into it, but that is only with Quizlet Plus.
Overall, I would rate this app a four star due to its ease of use, and simple nature. The reason it did not recieve a five star is because of the yearly price for simple features that would make it much better. In conclusion, I would give it an overall ✭✭✭✭.
