This week, I worked on my challenges. I worked with Mr. Rodgers and am going to give him the tablet. I also worked with Skyler to clean out an old storage room so that it can be used to store newer technology. The other challenge that I was assigned was to work with Michael to make an ILE Google Hangout. We are almost done with it, but we still need to redo it as we messed up a few things.
Today, I made sure that I had everything ready for the Hangout while Mark worked on his blog. I also edited my blog and turned it in.
Today, we were assigned Hangouts once more. We got a skeleton for what we should do, and we are going to record the Hangout tomorrow.
Today, Jonathan, Matt, and I worked on a Google Hangout to upload to Youtube. We recorded it, but we forgot to say our names and introduce ourselves. We will work again on it on Monday.
We have talked to Mr. Tobin, and he told us to google the problem. We were not able to find anything so he gave us another job.
We have tried to print several times without avail. We have followed the user manual to the letter, and it still will not work. The left printer will not print either because it does not have a nozzle. We will talk to Tobin tomorrow.
Jonathan and I have started to look at both of the printers. The left one is much harder to work with as the printer does not seem to have a nozzle. The right one needs work too. Currently, we are heating and cleaning the perfboards. We will hopefully finish next time.
Today, we started printing. We found out that the reason it wouldn't print was because we didn't preheat the table. While we were working, we encountered another problem. We need to figure out the nozzle height. We plan to print next week.
Today, Mr. Tobin gave me Mr. Rodgers as my assigned teacher duties. I am currently making his website.
Today, we worked on the 3D printer. We have finally finished getting it ready, and now we are printing a chess piece from last year's IED class. I will blog tomorrow about how it turns out.
